Jódar and all municipal workers' representatives signed the new collective agreement of the City Council will be in force until 2011 (21/07/2008)

Jódar congratulated all the unions (UGT and CCOO and CSIF) for the agreement, and I thanked the consensus effort by the negotiating parties.

The new collective agreement provides for social advancement and salary for staff of the Town Council over four years, which will also improve services to citizens.

Peñarrubia has highlighted the increase of measures to promote the reconciliation of family life and work of Council staff
