The Mayor of Lorca, Francisco Jodar, has announced the release of a total of 81 public housing.
The mayor has said that "the release of this first group of 81 houses is the result of strong commitment to social housing made from the municipality and the municipal Land and Housing of Lorca, specified in the agreement signed with the Ucecon July 29.
Jódar explained that "under this agreement shall manage Suvilor promotions housing in Lorca, being in charge of obtaining and selling.
In this way we expand the supply of social housing and revitalize an area hard hit by the economic crisis by joining forces to meet objectives of general interest "
From the city council have indicated that Suvilor control the whole sales process and process housing and subsidies for purchasers.
This scheme of 61 houses and 20 general price agreed located in different parts of the town of Lorca.
These homes are divided into eight promotions of six different promoters which have adhered to this action.
The public offer of these first 81 homes is a great success of this initiative because in less than three months and is making available to the Lorca a wide range of social housing which will not be the last because in the near future will be marketed more public housing and not just in urban but also in villages.
The deadline for submitting applications for these homes will be open from next 20th of this month until November 20 and may be in person or through the website www.suvilor.lorca.es.
It is an open process that is open to all registered voters in Lorca that qualify for access to housing.
The housing lottery will be held on January 7.

These 81 homes are distributed as follows:
20 homes in C / Portijico (15 and 5 general regime agreed price) promoted by New Millennium Homes SL
11 homes in C / Ortega Melgares (8 in the general scheme agreed price and 3) promoted by New Millennium Homes SL
6 homes in C / Ortega Melgares (All general regime) and Construction Projects promoted by Tracon SL
2 houses in Carretera de Caravaca promoted by Pedro Ruiz González.
8 apartments in C / Oliver (All general regime) promoted by Isidro Villa SL Promotions
22 homes in C / Abellaneda (All general regime) promoted by SA Property Asset Provasa company belonging to ESODE.
6 homes in C / Felipón Cope (All in price agreed) promoted by Prodelvas 2000 SL
6 homes in C / Charco (All in price agreed) promoted by Prodelvas 2000 SL
VPO prices range between € 101,000 and 165,000, while homes come on the market agreed price from 120,000 euros.
