The Mayor of Lorca, Francisco Jodar has reported that the Municipal Land and Housing, Suvilor, has had this morning with a new facility in Merced Complex.
The mayor has stated that this new building not only gained Suvilor in space, but will enable enhanced citizen service that has developed as normal.
Jodar has announced that "The major development for Lorca is that from next October 20 called to the office Suvilor also in the afternoon, particularly on Monday and Tuesday between 4pm and 6pm.
This is a new step in the process of providing citizens with the completion of formalities that have to do with his administration closer, as we are aware of the difficulty of the coincidence of the working day "
The new offices are located on the ground floor of the Merced Complex, home of the Municipal Urban Planning Lorca.
From City of Lorca Suvilor noted that, so far had an office of 70 square meters, has more space to work and citizen, going to count from now with more modern facilities, comfortable and practical cover an area of 150 square meters.
It should be remembered in this connection that Suvilor currently has a staff of 4 persons, the head of which is the Manager of the company, Diego Dominguez, who has not only highlighted these new facilities, but was keen to stress "the special attention that our Mayor is paying to issues relating to housing and land management in our municipality."
The official opening ceremony was attended by the Mayor of the City, Francisco Jodar, the Town Planning and Suvilor CEO, Francisco García, Councillor for Housing, Joaquin Ruiz and Suvilor Manager, Diego Dominguez and an outstanding representation of the Regional Union of Employers of the Construction of Lorca, Ucecon.
