This Sunday has completed the IX Regional Youth Participation Fair 'Zona Joven 2008' that since last Friday has been developed in the bullring of Lorca and the surrounding area.

The Fair was organized by the Institute of Youth in the Region of Murcia in collaboration with the Municipal Institute of City of Lorca Youth, the Youth Council of the Region of Murcia, the Youth Council of Lorca and Caja Mediterráneo .
Since last Friday, thousands of young people in the Region of Murcia have been involved in over 300 activities for three days, have developed the 140 youth organizations present at this fair.

During this meeting has taken place all events such as concerts, gatherings of hip hop, discussion / debate, intercultural activities, integration, environmental, theater, public awareness, tastings, new technologies, youth information, street theater, student participation, performances , various workshops, live radio, scavenger hunts, photography, etc.
New this year was held within the grounds each night concert of several bands that have put the finishing touch to the day.
Another innovation was the use of new technologies, through messages to phones via bluetooth, to inform visitors of the activities being carried out in 'Youth Zone'.
The Regional Youth Participation Fair has become a benchmark years statewide.
