The scope of this amendment is adjacent to Saprelorca industrial estate in the heart of the Mediterranean motorway, which could be considered part of the strategic areas that define the guidelines of the Industrial Land in the Region of Murcia, linked to the model industrial land called CAEDI of Lorca in the Spatial Plan of Industrial Land in the Region of Murcia.

This agreement with Saprelorca comprises an area covering a total surface of 770,715 m2.
The total surface area is 462,429 m2 destined to industrial use, with a density of 0.60 m2/m2.
Also provides performance which is transferred to the City an area of 77,100 m2 for a General System of Open Spaces and 38,600 m2 of General System Equipment.

Land for new sports facilities
