The City lorquino assists in the purchase and refurbishment of the headquarters of CCOO in Lorca with 150,000 euros, which is spread over four years (09/12/2008)

The Mayor of Lorca, Francisco Jodar has this morning signed a collaboration agreement whereby the Consistory lorquino CCOO union will bring to 75,000 euros for the acquisition of premises for its headquarters in the town, plus another 75,000 euros for refurbishment work on the same, to be distributed between 2009 and 2012.

Specifically headquarters CC.OO.

Lorca, will be placed in Pool Street, having a total purchase cost of 160,915 euros.

For its part the execution of the work has a total budget of 185,102 euros.

The grant for the acquisition of the local over the coming years will make an annual contribution of 18,750 euros over the next four years, contributing the same amount for conditioning.
