The Town Planning Board of Lorca, held on Thursday December 2, agreed
Initial Approval of Draft Reparcelación Action Unit 2-R Sector of the Provincial Government of La Hoya.
In October 2007, proceeded to the Partial Plan Final Approval of this action.

This project comprises an area covering a total surface of 87,265 m 2.

The Sector has a floor area of 0,45 m 2 / m 2 and a maximum of 40 dwellings per hectare housing / Ha, which allows up to 41,836 m 2 of building ceiling and a maximum total of 314 planned homes, of which 30%, ie 94 homes will be housing.
Also provides for the creation of 419 parking spaces.
The result of the transfer of 10% of the City will use a plot of 1,468 m 2 to allow the construction of 4,183 m 2 of buildable, which will enable the construction of 31 homes that can be counter.
The budget execution of development works amounting to € 2,786,747.
This approval facilitates the implementation of a new residential development in the council of La Hoya, which is located in an area of urban expansion of the council and that completes the urban planning of one of the most consolidated town of the parish, the district of Vista Alegre.
With this action the city of Lorca is attempting to address the need for total integration of what is now established as the district of Vista Alegre, in the present town of La Hoya, completing it in regard to its urban fabric, and creating the necessary provisions for proper urban development.
2 .- Approval of planning permission for the construction of a kindergarten in the industrial area of La Hoya .-
The Town Planning Board held last day 2 agreed to approve planning permission to build a separate building on the ground floor designed to focus on children within the industrial area of La Hoya.
This is a draft submitted to the initiative of the Urban Conservation Authority's Estate, with the aim of reconciling work and family life of workers in the estate through the construction of a building on a plot of 750 m 2 available a series of services that basically seek initial training, supervision and custody of children younger than three years.
The project is developed in an open building with a floor area of 372 m 2 and designed in a single plant which distributes the different agencies with two distinct use areas: first four wards or classrooms, with a clear link to space exterior, and other units designed to dining, multiple use and management.
The building's design attempts to insert into the environment of the urban development of an industrial and management has an operating budget of € 276,350.

Finally, the Management Board also authorized the payment of certificates of commercial works as follows:
