The Mayor of Lorca, Francisco Jodar lit night spots of light 27 new street lighting in the Way of Sicily, in the hamlet of watering places, accompanied by First Deputy Mayor, Francisco Montiel, and Council of Rural Policy and Development, Angel Mecca and Joaquin Ruiz, in addition to the village headman of the area.
Francisco Jódar stressed that "this work has cost close to award 33,000 euros, which are financed by the Autonomous Community by 90% and 10% Town Hall."
And with this street lighting works has made possible the activation of an existing road in Peladilla, which had not been able to launch because it had no connection to the mains and that through this work has allowed the ignition of other 17 more streetlights.
The mayor explained that "this investment will increase services in this hamlet, which will continue to grow in the coming months with actions of this type, in order to improve the quality of the residents of rural Lorca."
