The area under General Systems is distributed as follows:
1) General road communications system will occupy 129,699 sqm in the town of Lorca.

4) General System of Open Spaces Urban Parks have an area of 105,693 sqm in the town of Lorca.
5) General Equipment System has 29,855 sqm in the town of Lorca and consists of various community facilities serving the general population, settling for the same use of Auditorium.
6) General Sports Systems, with an area of 1,456,048 square meters in the town of Lorca, with plans to build two golf courses and a Specialist Sports Center dedicated to soccer practice.
