The total surface area is 1,527 m2 of land destined to green areas of parks and gardens and other 1,527 m2 will be allocated to local equipment.
The Sector has a building area of 0.4 m2/m2 and a maximum of dwellings per hectare of 30 dwellings per hectare, which allows up to 6,109 m2 of buildable and a maximum total of 41 planned homes, of which 10% , ie 4 houses will be housing.
Also provides for 63 parking spaces.
The result of the transfer of 10% of the City will use 611 m2 of buildable, which will enable the construction of about 4 houses.
The budget for implementing the development works amounting to € 48,393.

The Town Planning reported that the Management Council has granted planning permission for the extension of the Virgen del Alcázar Medical Center.
The works involve the installation of a gym for physiotherapy, eight consultations, two outpatient speech therapy, staff toilets and public toilets and a waiting room, control room and staff rest.

The budget will carry out the works amounts to € 478,397 and the deadline for execution of works is set in twelve months.
