The Ombudsman for the Region of Murcia, José Pablo Ruiz Abellán, met today with the Mayor of Lorca, Francisco Jodar, after the meeting expressed their firm intention to bring the institution representing the people of Lorca.

"
Moreover, 'our intention is to avoid excessive burden of red tape and get the proximity to the claimant, and that another key feature that sets the special nature of the Ombudsman is the process which, for the person concerned, be Fast and flexible, "he said.
Among the functions of the Ombudsman Institution in the Region of Murcia, stands watch over the guarantees of the rights and freedoms of individuals, and the weakest.
While monitoring the performance of the Administration in general and its various agencies, authorities and personnel, as well as the municipalities of the Region, and any other administration offices in the territory of the Autonomous Community.
