A total of 129 participants took part in the 1 st edition of the Narrative Competition for Secondary Education "Award Angeles Pascual," which was organized by the Network of Libraries of Lorca.
The mayor of the Town Hall Education, José Joaquín Peñarrubia has reported that "it is a great initiative for all young people of the city with a penchant for writing to participate in a competition suitable to their age and completing the Lorca literary contests, complementing that of Fernandez Maria Luna and Maria Agustina "
Peñarrubia also added, "Furthermore, taking the name of a wonderful teacher and person as is LA Pascual, the success of the event was secured and the 129 participants merely corroborate, that was a brilliant idea by Pilar Barnes Library ".
The jury met last Tuesday, the February 17 was formed by Maria Huertas García Meca (Professor of Literature at IES Ramón Arcas "), José Quiñonero Hernandez (Professor of Literature at the IES" Ibáñez Martín "), Isabel Leonor Ruiz Perán (Professor of Literature at the IES "Sierra Almenara"), Susana Torres Mora and María Luisa García Peñas (Library)
The works have been submitted by schools, being distributed as follows: 1 Colegio Madre de Dios, 2 IES "Prince of Asturias", 3 IES Martín Ibáñez, 20 College Sun City, 3 IES Giner Ros " 7 IES Ramón Arcas ", 87 College San Francisco, and 6 works without data centers.
