Next Tuesday, March 10, at 20:15 pm, will take place in the Garden Ruano the presentation of the book by Manuel Muñoz Barberán "ripper Letters", whose publication has been in the care of Manuel Muñoz Clares.
Published by the Ministry of Culture and the editorial Tres Fronteras, the text has been inserted in the Collection of Critical Studies and it is a selection of correspondence and writings by the painter between 1941 and 1972.
A little over a year after his death, this first collection of articles explores the early years of his artistic training in the close ties he maintained throughout his life with his hometown and in the family ties and professionals who gave initial impetus to their desire to live exclusively on painting.
With a chronological sort, correspondence shells interesting aspects of their relationship with the man who was his mentor, Espin Rael, and in connection with the letters crossed two different characters and also overlook issues of all kinds whose geographical scope goes beyond the local.
Close the book thirteen articles focused on their city of origin and that, united under the title Letter to Lorca, never saw the light in its entirety.
