On Wednesday March 11, will open the submission of the request to participate in the call for grants to nonprofit institutions of local level development activities related to the area of culture and celebrations for 2009.
These grants, for which the Municipal Council of Culture and Celebration has established a budget of 200,000 euros for popular festivities in Lorca's neighborhoods and districts, and 80,000 euros for cultural projects are awarded based on a number of requirements specified on the bases, and the different projects involved, they assessed a series of broad and flexible criteria.
The content of these bases, which extract BORM published on 10 March 2009 are available on the premises of the Municipal Council for Culture and Celebrations, Cultural Center of the City, available through the web portal of the Municipality of Lorca ( www.lorca.es), and the notice board of the Cultural Center of the City.
The deadline for submission of projects is set up to 13 hours of the next March 30, 2009, the General Register of the City of Lorca.
