Lorca Squash Club on Saturday held its first tournament of the year, involving a total of 18 players of Lorca Puerto Lumbreras and Velez Rubio.
The competition started at 9:30 and ended at 14.30 pm.

The tournament was won by Paco Abellaneda in a closely contested final against Peter Godson, which ended with the result 3-1 in 30 minutes.

Third place got Juan Francisco Flores to the England player Chris Warren in a marathon game that ended with a 3-2 result for Lorca.
In the women's top seed was Rafi Sanchez and second place was Emilia Ruiz.
