A month and a half after it became public the stoppage of the furnace's production of Lorca Holcim in the day yesterday there was a meeting between senior officials of the company, the committee itself and the unions.

The company argues the fall in demand for cement in the last 2008 of 23.8%, a figure that could rise, pointing to 30% this year.
