The President of the Autonomous Community, Ramón Luis Valcárcel, inaugurated the exhibition 'Places, Moments' the artist Pedro Diego Pérez Casanova, in which the artist presents 44 works of Cartagena on urban issues and still lifes in which it applies its distinctive treatment light and color.
The exhibition can be visited at Orchard Mansion Ruano de Lorca until 30 April.
The pictorial history of Perez Casanova, fully developed since 2005, has been recognized in major prizes in painting competitions in Spain, as well as their participation in group and solo exhibitions both in and outside the Region.
In the exhibition, the author reflects his personal vision of Murcia, Cartagena, Lorca and London, cities that reproduces some of its most emblematic and familiar places, thanks to an original use of lighting, which enhances your visual impact with a varied color palette, which gives a special atmosphere in his landscapes and still lifes.
Last September, the Board 'The Hammer' Caja Mediterráneo (CAM) in Murcia, hosted another exhibition of creativity Pérez Casanova entitled 'Landscapes and still life', which was also inaugurated by the President of the Autonomous Community.
The first contacts pictorial Pérez Casanova came through other known painters Cartagena, Juan Pedro Esteban and Ramon Alonso Luzzy, but soon developed his own style, very recognizable by the public.
In the opening ceremony, Valcárcel was accompanied by the artist, by the Mayor of Lorca, Francisco Jodar, and President of the Territorial Council of Caja Mediterráneo, Angel Martinez.
