The Municipal Institute of Sports and Games (IMJUDE) expands its offerings with a new sports training course named "Introduction to cycling course with saddlebags" that will take place on 18,19,25 and 26 April.
This course has a theoretical-practical nature and contents to be taught are: Travel planning, bicycle mechanics and material.
These theoretical content is complemented by a 2-day trip around the outskirts of Lorca.
The course fee is 20 euros and inscriptions can be made at the offices of IMJU.DE.
There is a limit of 20 places and they will be granted by order of registration.
This course is included in the training area that IMJUDE.
has designed its structure and programming.
The aim is to raise awareness and start to practice this exercise regularly outdoors that has increasingly more popular because it is an activity that combines physical activity, tourism and leisure
