The Department of Public Safety, Emergency Urban Mobility Lorca City Council through the Local Police, has seen fit to establish special rules of the road for vehicular traffic because of the Procession of the Brotherhood of the Curia "Pitch Black" performed by the historic old town next Saturday, April 4.
