The Citizen Participation Edil, Rosa Medina and Vice Chancellor of University Extension, Francisco Guillermo Díaz Baños presented this morning the First Seminar on Citizen Participation "Lorca your town," which will be held on May 23 at the Gardens Hotel Lorca.
