This past weekend was the practical module of the course "Introduction cycling with panniers, organized by the Municipal Sports and Games (IMJUDE) and taught by those responsible for the website ruts.
This module consisted of a two-day route between Lorca and the deputation of Coy return journey, following a different route each day.
The first day tour of Lorca went to the hill Avilés by separating the Sierras del Madroño and Pedro Ponce to end up sleeping in the shelter of Coy.
The second day was down to La Paca and earrings, to cross a stretch of GR251 to lead Dam Bridges.
From there it followed the course of Guadalentín up to Lorca.
In total, about 100 kilometers by road very well distributed, tracks, lanes and one lane.
Comment that this has been a pioneering course in Spain and attended the same have been very pleased with the organization and development.
Has also transcended national and other locations as Madrid, Valladolid and Gijon have requested its completion.
This course is included in the training area IMJUDE, which will continue the celebration next weekend of course national volleyball coach.
In this way, Lorca becomes gradually reference county, regional and national levels in the organization of sports training.
