The general secretary of the PSOE in Lorca, Diego Ferra, manifested purpose of arrest and release of militant Navarro Miguel Molina, the following issues:
1 .- First, I reiterate the utmost respect for judicial decisions, how could it be otherwise.
I express my wish that this whole issue is clarified as quickly as possible.
2 .- I insist on the need to respect the right to presumption of innocence that attends to all citizens under the rule of law.
3 .- Regarding the organizational discipline situation that affects the militant Miguel Navarro Molina, and consultations held relevant to both the Regional Executive Committee, as the Federal Executive Commission, which must be carried out, how could it be otherwise Thus, with respect to the statutory guarantees.
That is, that the disciplinary proceedings will be held, if applicable, when you lift the gag, depending on its content, with all the formalities prescribed under the bylaws, with full guarantee Constritucional law to the presumption of innocence and always consistent with judicial decisions which in turn may occur.
