The council also added that "the city of Lorca offers the non-profit associations a content management tool to build your own website and be able to manage its website an autonomous and independent.

For their part, the associations assume the following obligations:
Keep the site updated with information about the association and its activities, the subject field to be engaged, activities of other associations.
Participate in the revitalization of its website and partnership portal to send periodic information such as events, news which may be of interest.
Designate and notify in writing within 15 days after signing the agreement, the identity of the person who will receive the information in the design and management of web page
Provide as much information as required by the City Council to enable it to meet the obligations assumed under this agreement.
The Association undertakes that in a place easily visible to your web page there is a link that allows users to link directly to the website of the Municipality of Lorca.
This portal also group the websites of these associations, providing information and applications to join the project, plus information on the municipal register of associations, local news and cultural events.
