The Mayor of Lorca, Francisco Jodar, and the Councillor for Education and University, José Joaquín Peñarrubia preside over the ceremony of awards to 35 students who have been nominated by their schools to obtain Honours in 2 nd year of high school and at the Conservatory of Music "Narciso Yepes" in this academic year.

This initiative of the City started last year and it seeks to express the gratitude and admiration for these students so much effort devoted to their studies.

The event will take place next Tuesday, June 30th, at 20.00h at the Cultural Center of the city and in it, in addition to awards ceremony itself, there will be a recital performed by students of the Conservatory " Narciso Yepes. "
