The Town Planning of the City of Lorca, Francisco Garcia, has announced that the last Full Council provisionally approved the Structural Modification No. 14 of the General Plan to incorporate Lorca developable land Sectorizado No space in the Villa del Puerto in Avilés.
Francisco Garcia has explained that this amendment is the result of an agreement signed by the commercial developer and the city of Lorca as of November 4, 2004, which aimed at the upgrading of inadequate soil (SIDU) and was initially approved by the Plenary Hall in date of May 29, 2006.
The Sector has a building area of 0'14 m2/m2 and a maximum of dwellings per hectare from 14 to 18 dwellings per hectare, which allows up to 291,711 m2 of total utilization 98 and a maximum of 3,750 planned housing.
It also covers the creation of 3,000 parking spaces of which 60 (2%) will go to places reserved for handicapped.
The result of the transfer of 10% of the City will use 29,171 m2 of buildable.
The budget for implementing the development works amounting to € 47,841,004.
This project comprises an area covering a total area of 2,083,657 m².
Provision is made 15% of surface area devoted to general systems, of which at least 50% of the total is intended to free space, which makes me generate a General System of Open Spaces (SGEL) of 290,000 m², whose location coincides with stands that are included in the scope of the project at the request of the report issued by the Directorate General of Natural Heritage and Biodiversity and General System Equipment (SGEQ) with an area of 22,548 m².
