The Deputy Mayor of Lorca, Francisco Montiel, and Councilman Young, Joaquin Ruiz Montalbán, attended the welcome ceremony for parents and Ceremonies held over 150 scouts Lorca in the summer camp organized by the Sun City Scouts group of Lorca in the Sierra de Alcaraz in Albacete province, and has been doing precisely this year, 40 years.
Montiel was very excited to participate in this event since it belonged to the group for many years and congratulated the members of this youth group to continue maintaining the same positive values.
The group held this weekend one of the most important day of camp.
Camp In Ecuador, especially on Sunday, was held on Fathers Day.
During that day, the children teach their parents the Camp and they enjoy it.
The camp ended the next day 15 in which the children return to Lorca after having been living in the wild for 15 days with their herd mates, patrol or unit.
This annual event is prepared by the association throughout the year and activities carried out are very different depending on age.
Theme days, hiking, camping techniques are some of the actions that the Scouts do these days.
