The Municipal Socialist Group, through its council Leoncio Collado, has proposed this morning the launch of an "Education for Health" in schools throughout the county, in terms of prevention against influenza A.
Collado said the objective of this program, it would inform and meet teachers, parents' associations, students and downtown workers in general.
The socialist mayor claims the incorporation of a professional nurse in schools, in order to play the role deAgente of Health, not only in terms of attention and information Influenza A, but overall on health care.
Collins explained that the implementation of this program would cover all types of schools: nursery schools, primary and secondary education who attend activities for some 15,000 students at the town of Lorca.
The health worker would conduct work in coordination with health centers, primarily for health centers, detention early play activities, personal and collective hygiene, under measures approved by the protocols of the WHO, the Ministry of Health and Murciano Service Health, in order to prevent pandemic flu.
Similarly, from the Municipal Socialist Group, Collado proposed City Council meeting of consumption since the beginning of the school also resume all activities of living in welfare centers, old age pensioners, women, etc, making necessary to enhance health information of all kinds to the public.
