The accused, who was escorted to the courts by the Guardia Civil and other members of the Judicial Police at 09:00 am this morning, refused to testify before the Board on the alleged criminal acts surrounding his arrest, such as possession of firearms and ammunition, and allegedly stole a vehicle that could have been used in a robbery in the town of Huércal-Overa (Murcia).
The Lorca Court has derived the relation of cause to flee to the Courts of Castellon, where he conducted the proceedings relating to this crime.
