The mayor of Social Services City of Lorca, Lali Ibarra has closed this morning at the CEIP Andrés García Soler, Summer School "Barrios Altos", in which more than 75 children during July and August, being organized by the Municipal Council of Social Services.
Ibarra has stressed that "children aged 5 to 14 years belong to the centers Juan Gonzalez, San Cristobal, Casa del Niño and García Andrés Soler, having completed the activities from Monday through Thursday at the latter center and also in the municipal swimming pools Torrecilla, having exceeded the number planned for the month of July, to return to normal during August. "
The Councillor of Social Services also has been reported that "actions have been developed school support, workshops, sports competitions, theaters, cooperative games, dances, and the participation of 10 children in summer camp in Sierra Espuña from 13 to 19 July.
Also highlight that 35 children participated in the activity "revives a medieval night and sleep in the Castle of Lorca," which was held on 17 and 18 July in Fortaleza del Sol "
To end Lali Ibarra commented that "as a novelty at this year's Summer School has been included counseling and curricular adaptation of school support activities to all participating students."
During the last session on Monday has made the written assessment of all children, performances of plays and music prepared and presented diplomas and borders to each student.
