Lorca athlete also won a meritorious fourth place in shot put and fifth in the disk test
The Lorca Ruiz Mateo Jodar has recently participated in the XVII edition of the World Transplant Games (World Games People transplanting), which have been held in the city of Gold Cosatu (Australia), where some 2200 people have participated, having achieved excellent test results discus throw, javelin and weight.
The athlete has won the bronze medal in the javelin with a throw of 27.76 meters, fourth in the weighing mode, with a record of 10.03, staying just one inch of metal, while in the occupied disk test fifth place with a mark of 20.91 meters to 33 centimeters of the medal.
These results only serve to demonstrate again the enormous competitive athlete Lorca, responsible for the national team that participated with a total of 13 athletes at the World Transplant Games, where our country has made enough of 11 medals, being classified as twentieth position of 64 nations entered.
Ruiz Mateo Jodar has taken part in her fifth World Games for transplanted people, as has previously been present in Thailand-2007, Canada-2005, France and Japan-2003-2001.
