The socialist mayor Isabel Casalduero today asked the councilman of Culture in office, Joaquin Ruiz Montalbán, who offered "apologies" and "explanations" to the dozens of citizens who this morning have been no fair program because the City Council only have distributed 2,000 of the 15,000 copies posted to the media yesterday.

Casalduero regretted the chaos caused in the Cultural Center for "lack of foresight of the government team" and regretted that many citizens who had moved there and have waited in line for several minutes, have been without the program, a fact which he described as "unusual" and that has provoked angry complaints from those affected.
