The local councilor responsible for social Lorca Town Hall, Mari Carmen Ruiz, has reported that construction of the new clubhouse that will serve the residents of Doña Inés continues apace.
Jódar Ruiz visited the infrastructure by the president of the association over Dona Ines, Teresa Antartica and Mayor headman, Agustina Romero.
Jódar Ruiz has stated that "this initiative of the City of Lorca will benefit a large number of citizens and aims to create a space in the youth group that exists in this parish.
This project represents an investment of 132,000 euros including the Municipal Investment Plan and the same our objective is to meet local demand that has been repeated for several years.
The new building, whose construction is behind schedule, has a total area of 127 m2 on two floors.
On the ground floor will enable a more airy room of 40 m2, and toilets.
Upstairs, meanwhile, is expected to house a multipurpose room of 35 m2 and an office of 18 m2.
Notably, the distribution of spaces and rooms which will count this clubhouse has been agreed with the groups of this parish. "
The mayor has stated that "one of the fundamental stakes of this City Council is to bring to the Lorca who reside in the districts the same services and infrastructure that have people living in the town.
