"The harmful competition and tax planning" is the title of the course at the Universidad Internacional del Mar to be held between 21 and 25 September in Lorca.
The course, led by Professor of the University of Murcia Gloria Alarcón García, intended as both a review of tax offenses, violations of tax and penalty procedure, as an approach to legal and tax systems of some EU countries Europe.
The course is taught by economists, lawyers, sociologists, tax inspectors, judges and professors from various universities, including the Juan Carlos I in Madrid, Louvain-la-Neuve, LOUISI, Valencia, Malaga, Girona and Murcia.
Speakers include account José Díaz Delgado, Supreme Court Justice, and Pascual Sala, Constitutional Court judge, who closed the course with a lecture entitled "The tax offense in constitutional jurisprudence."
Students who enroll in it shall be entitled to three free credits.
