The new health center will assist Sutullena a population of 20,000 people and will be built on a plot of 6,000 m2
The councilman of Health of the Municipality of Lorca, Antonia Lopez, has informed that the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia (BORM) has published the tender for the construction of the new health center will be located in the hamlet of Sutullena.
This is an initiative with an investment of 5 million euros and will improve health care in the city of Lorca.
Lopez Moya said that "the creation of this new center in the city of Lorca benefit a total of 20,000 people, thereby improving health care for all citizens.
The new health center will be built on a plot next to the famous "Road Jack," namely a plot of 6,000 m2.
The project also envisages that the new building having a capacity to accommodate the base unit 061 on Lorca. "
The work consists on the one hand, with a main building that has two parallel modules with two floors, linked by a central corridor that is for questions and areas specific to a health center, also the area below grade parking will be provided and store.
On the other hand, there is a secondary building a plant that is intended for emergency equipment.
In addition, construction is planned to develop several different areas such as office visits for adults, with six consultations for family medicine, four multipurpose consultations, four nurses, a dental and four spaces for various uses.
It also will build another area where you are installing the specialty of pediatrics, to women's consultations, physiotherapy, radiology etc.
Lopez Moya said that "the building will have a floor area of 3,517 m2, 2,345 m2 for more parking and 713 for the personnel area.
