The Socialist Party of the Region of Murcia is confident that the deputy Bartolomé Soler clarify to the Chamber for Civil and Criminal Superior Court of Justice (TSJ) from the Region of Murcia all aspects of his administration when he was municipal councilor Lorca and CEO of a publicly owned Limusa.
This has been assured the Secretary of Justice and Public Freedoms PSRM-PSOE, Joaquin Lopez, who noted that the actual days ago Bartolomé Soler testify voluntarily sought before the Supreme Court, and in the shortest time possible, to clarify all the points that the Court deems appropriate for his leadership of that company.

So he instructed his lawyer to request before the Board on Civil and criminal jurisdiction of the Supreme Court of Murcia knowledge of this case, his immediate appearance before the court so that it may proceed to clarify all the facts and are subject to extreme research.
Bartolomé Soler said to have a very clear conscience and be able to demonstrate that any action it takes in charge of that municipal corporation, and that apparently are part of the investigation, concerned only and exclusively on activities directly related to his position as Chief Executive Officer.
