That a new test to join the broad index competitions held during the Guadalentín Sports Games is always in the news, since there are so many rules that are already part to find one who has never made a hard work.

So it is with Archery, which since last weekend, is part of the Olympics Lorca.

The test was organized by the Archery Club "ARCOLORCA" and the Municipal Sports and Games, and developed during the afternoon of Saturday in Los Alamos.

The club lorquino Archery, which has resumed activities from a few years ago to stop working, organized this exhibition can only be described with one word: success.

Thus, during the afternoon of Saturday, the club's archers and shooters lorquino visitors from clubs like the Eagles nearby, offered its best to hit the target, literally.

It was 17.30 pm when the show started, in progress since that time and up to 18 hours of training runs to 18 and 30 feet from the archers participants, namely ten.

After training, visitors and supporters arrived at the Tennis Club of Los Alamos to see the test were invited to run with arches of initiation, in a workshop Archery monitored by the monitor FTARM (Archery Federation Arco de la Region de Murcia) Antonio Prisons.

Prisons told the audience the management of various arches present during the display: standard, long-bow, traditional recurve or compound pulley and at the same time gave some insights on the characteristics of each.

After the explanation, big and small visitors took the bow for several shots at the target, this time located at a distance of 10 meters.

It was therefore a business equipped with a fully participatory basis, as the attendees, despite the initial embarrassment, they finally get the hang of this sport and know more about a very interesting sport.

At the end of almost 70 people, including children, men and women, emulating William Tell participating in this workshop for beginners Archery.

Was, after all, a very special day we hope to repeat in future editions.

So we have to congratulate Archery Club "ARCOLORCA", and its president, Antonio Zurawski, as with the first activity to be conducted in this new stage managed, again, a resounding success.
