Note from PSOE:

Economic Affairs spokesman of the PSOE, Isidro Abellán, today described as "disastrous" economic management of the PP and pointed to the modification of a loan dating back to July 2005 and was approved at the plenary on Monday.

However, in refinancing approved on Monday by the PP, the loan is extended to 15 years, with six-year grace period and an interest rate of Euribor + 2.50.

Therefore, the PSOE mayor said the measure, calling it "unnecessary and irresponsible", "contradicts and debunks" the rescue plan, which the PP adopted two months ago.

In that sense, Abellán recalled that last July, the government team Jódar Francisco approved the plan for access to a credit of 19.6 authorized by the State to pay debt to suppliers.

Through this plan, the City ensured that he had sufficient capacity to cope easily with this new loan and above.

Also said he is "unworthy" that this action has been manipulated to lie to the citizens that would result in savings for the municipality, "when the opposite is true."
