From the "Home Notebook 09" part financed by the Municipal Council of Social Services and the Ministry of Labour and Immigration, through the Secretary of State for Immigration and Emigration has launched two new projects.
One of them is to facilitate the free food handler card with the reinforcement of a translator who masters the following languages: Spanish, English and Arabic.
According to the Social Services Edil, Lali Ibarra commented that "this course will be held both in the suburb of Los Angeles and in the hamlets of Ramonete and La Hoya with a view to providing continuous training for workers belonging to companies in the horticultural sector and restoration, as well as to give unemployed people a higher qualification.
Those attending educational courses to the rest of the "Notebooks at Home" will have priority in selection. "
The City Council has also reviewed that another project is to offer a course that gives knowledge of the resources of the municipality of Lorca in order to guide the public in locating the various entities related to their corresponding actions necessary to conform.
This information is provided through a video produced in 6 languages (English, Spanish, Arabic, French, Romanian and Russian) and also aims to advise participants in the knowledge of job search techniques through computer use .
