The Minister of Education, Employment and Training and the Mayor of Lorca started building the first phase of new building for five ships, car services and training worth € 214,000, financed by the City Council and the Regional Employment Service.
The Minister of Education, Employment and Training of the Autonomous Community Sotoca Constantine, and the Mayor of Lorca, Francisco Jodar this morning have been the cornerstone of New Business Initiatives Center "La Torrecilla", entailing a total investment of 597,000 euros, to be funded from the Regional Employment Service and Training and the Consistory.
This year will be the first phase of these works to expand the nursery of the turret, which has a budget bid of 214,000 euros, and will continue in 2010 with a second phase, amounting to 383,000 euros.
Francisco Jodar has stressed that "this new project comes in response to the demand for space for new entrepreneurs, which has been proven by the good reception of the first five buildings open in the early years of this legislature in the same environment.
It is a further support of this City to entrepreneurs in times of crisis continued to stand by generating wealth and employment in Lorca. "
This new building be built in two phases with the existing nursery business and Municipal Centre of La Torrecilla.

The work of this new building is added to the Municipal Investment Plan of the Municipality of Lorca (PIMUN), where 300 works were already covered promoted by the Consistory.
Jódar added that "there is already a company the first to be installed in the nursery which has become independent and opened its new premises on the estate by the great success, and yet there are now three companies in hopes of obtaining one of these places as they only have to pay 200 euros per month plus the cost of electricity and water. The proposed new building, which will have three floors, was conducted by Antonio Diaz De Haro, including ships of between 138 and 188.58 m2 and a common area, on which rise another 1,000 m2 of areas, including classrooms and found a file.
The surface area of this building amounts to 1899.11 m2.
The new building will allow the creation of more complex dedicated to training and employment in the region, with nearly 10,000 m2, anticipating the future, to avoid missing infrastructure.
