Economic Affairs spokesman of the PSOE, Isidro Abellán, condemned "the chaos" prevailing in the council of finance which are not even clear who paid or what criteria have continued to do so.

Economic Affairs spokesman of the PSOE, said today that the PP government team could have used part of loan money authorized by the Government of Spain last July to pay suppliers to "other purposes" as cover current expenditures of the consistory .

Abellán recalled that the PP mayor, Francisco Jodar had until August 20 last to pay suppliers and creditors.

On that date, the Municipal Group Socialist orally requested the record of loans, and that by becoming "ignore the request" was requested by registration in September.

In that sense Jódar Abellán and Ibarra accused of not keeping his pledge that fertilizers would be made "on the basis of proportionality" and that the money from that loan was intended to settle debts with suppliers.

Abellán said that if we see supporting information has been sent to the ministry by the Government of Jódar team, creditors with less than a year old, ie in the current period have been settled around the 75% of their bills.

By contrast, debts of more than one year old has only been settled for 25.4%.

The PSOE say how serious is that the PP is deceiving the Municipal Group Socialist, but is "fooling" the people of Lorca in general "and especially to companies that have to charge the City."

In addition, the council condemned Abellán of Finance does not know "or where it is right" and that after more than two years in office, "follow without knowing what the movie is."

For the mayor, "every step you take, the PP shows that the City is great and you are not prepared to govern."
