In order to facilitate the Lorca and all who may visit on Monday 23th November 2009, during the festival of San Clemente, in the traditional pilgrimage to the castle fortress and nearby areas, the local police in Lorca, considered appropriate to establish special traffic rules for pedestrian traffic both to the vehicle, as this day is concerned.
The amendments made in this regard are:
1 .- Rise of vehicles required for access to the fortress of the Castle by the Parish Road, RM-701, except 12 to 14.30 hours, which will be cut to traffic.
2 .- On the descent from the fortress was established as compulsory for vehicles through the road that runs from Pylons to the Neighborhood of San Jose.
Increase is prohibited by this road.
3 º.
- Local police and on other occasions shall maintain a special surveillance and information to achieve a better development of these standards and compliance with them.
4 .- The stretch of road that runs along the side closest to the city will remain on this occasion, completely cut off to traffic and pedestrian hazard potential landslides.
5 .- For the greatest possible brilliance in the Feast of San Clemente 2,009, calls on all citizens the fullest cooperation possible.
