So far the powers that hold the mayor came in his capacity as Chairman happening now in the hands of Town Planning, who shall be implemented with the assistance of a purely technical body, such as the Board of Directors.
What we do, in practical terms, is to accelerate and streamline the administrative bureaucracy of the Planning Department, because we realize that the above concept based on a joint political and managerial processes and slowed what had become archaic and obsolete .
Now everything is focused on management, emphasizing the technical and specialized profile that should have dominated from the outset.
