The Councillor for Culture of the Municipality of Lorca, Rosa Medina, and the president of the Songs and Dances of Lorca, Inmaculada Martínez, presented this morning the Christmas gala "And the shepherds sang and danced" folk group that offered within the municipality's holiday schedule.
Medina explained that the show will be available this Sunday 20 from 19.30 at the Theater War, lasting one hour and 45 minutes.
"94 people will come out on stage, showing 204 suits across the sample of 36 traditional carols in almost all regions of Spain."
Martinez stressed that for this show have recovered ancient costumes, some original thanks to the donation of two families and others from the upper rural districts (specifically Coy), which have been reproduced based on an original and a reproduction. "
