The university project is funded by the Department of Innovation, Science and Enterprise of Andalusia and was launched in April 2008 with the diagnostic phase and completed in 2010 with the phase of social intervention.

Ibarra stated that "the conference was conducted in collaboration with the Department of Social Services, Family Care, Immigration, Job Training and Lorca Hall and will take place in Lorca Development Center (located in Alameda de Cervantes s / n behind Juguetilandia).
