The Board of Directors of Sun City Scout Group reminds his older partners and parents, representatives of the students under the holding of the Ordinary General Meeting to be held on Tuesday, February 9, at 20.30 hours on first call and 21.00 hours on second call, in the auditorium of the local Scout, located on the second floor of the same, and that was convened in a timely manner as established by our statutes the order being day as follows:

Reading and approval where applicable, the economic balance of the Round Solar 2008 -2009.

Reminder of the procedure for payment of the census and the questions arising therefrom.

Initial information on summer camp in Portugal.

Report of the objectives to develop in the current Round Solar.

Questions and answers.
