The Socialist Councillor Isabel Casalduero today deplored the "continual improvisation" and "lack of planning and coordination" of the PP government team as regards the redevelopment of the Plaza of Spain.
In this regard, he recalled that the Mayor Casalduero Francisco Jodar has started "on the wrong foot" when "the luxury" to reject a draft drawn up in time of socialist rule and was agreed by the various political and social agents.
